Customization Details:

    1. All products are customized as per your order details. Minor variations, such as hand-stamped alignment, are part of the charm of handmade products and are not considered defects.
Order Confirmation:
    1.  Orders cannot be canceled or modified once production has begun.
Payment Terms:
    1. Full payment is required at the time of placing your order.
Liability:
    1. August Park is not responsible for delays caused by incorrect customer information or external factors beyond our control.

1. تفاصيل التخصيص:
• يتم تخصيص جميع المنتجات بناءً على التفاصيل التي تقدمها. قد تحدث اختلافات بسيطة، مثل عدم توازن النقش اليدوي، وهي جزء من الطابع الفريد للمنتجات اليدوية ولا تُعتبر عيوبًا.
2. تأكيد الطلب:
• لا يمكن إلغاء الطلبات أو تعديلها بمجرد بدء عملية الإنتاج.
3. شروط الدفع:
• يتطلب دفع كامل قيمة الطلب عند تقديمه.
4. المسؤولية:
• August Park غير مسؤولة عن أي تأخير ناتج عن معلومات غير صحيحة يقدمها العميل أو عوامل خارجية خارجة عن إرادتنا.
