At August Park, we prioritize your satisfaction. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.

Refunds:

1. Refunds are not offered on customized items, including hand-stamped or engraved necklaces, unless there is a manufacturing defect or an error on our part.
   

Exchanges:

1. Due to the personalized nature of our products, exchanges are not possible unless there is a defect or mistake in customization.
   

Process for Defective Items:

1. If you receive a defective item or an error was made, please contact us within 3 days of delivery with photos and details of the issue.

   Once approved, we will replace the item at no additional cost.
